Vanilla Waffles


  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
  3. 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  4. 2 tablespoons natural creamy almond butter
  5. 1 cup blanched almond flour
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1 scoop Vital Proteins vanilla coconut collagen whey (protein)





In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, liquid coconut oil, agave nectar, and almond butter.

Add almond flour, baking powder, and vanilla coconut collagen.  If you don't have collagen (which I didn't) use a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Mix everything together and if you haven't already heat your waffle maker.

Grease the waffle iron with whatever you normally use, I use a silicone brush / butter.

Scoop 1/4 -1/2 cup onto the greased waffle iron and cook until light turns off.

Top with some almond butter and fresh berries....
